There are many species of coffee trees, but only one produces exceptional coffee. Coffee arabica, which was first found growing in Yemen centuries ago, is the sole species of quality beans. The most widely cultivated coffee plant, arabica thrives at higher altitudes, where its beans mature slowly and have time to develop body and density. At these higher altitudes, they may take six or seven months, but this slower rate of fruit maturation gives the beans more time to develop flavor. Slower-maturing, high-density arabica beans are referred to as hard beans. At Archway, Inc., all of our different roasts and flavors consist of arabica beans.

FRENCH ROAST
Our darkest roast. An intense, ebony coffee with pronounced smoky overtones. We use a blend of high-grown, strictly hard bean coffees that are dense enough to stand up to this roast. When used in the United States, the name “French Roast” usually denotes a very dark roast. Our French Roast is also available in Decaf.
KONA BLEND
Top grade blend of estate-grown Kona beans. Mild and smooth with sweet flavors. Hawaii’s Kona region has been synonymous with the highest quality coffee in Hawaii for more than 150 years. The region’s steep volcanic hillsides and micro-climate, with its sunny mornings and cloudy afternoons, provide perfect conditions for growing coffee.
MOCHA JAVA
The world’s most famous coffee blend; full-bodied, bittersweet chocolate overtones on top of rich and complex flavors. While most associate the word Mocha with chocolate, they’ve reversed the facts. When cocoa was first refined and sold in Europe, it reminded people of Mocha coffee from Yemen.
COLOMBIAN SUPREMO
Full-bodied, balanced acidity and sweet, rounded flavor. Also known as Washed Arabica. It is the highest quality of Arabica coffee. Unlike beans from other origins, all Colombian coffee is “washed”. This process releases many impurities and acid agents, which gives it its rich taste and aroma. Our Colombian is also available in Decaf.
VANILLA
A blend of premium grade Arabica coffees with a smooth, nutty character and a hint of vanilla. You'll love its creamy taste and enticing aroma.
HAZELNUT
You'll love the creamy, smooth taste and enticing aroma of this blend of mild Arabica coffees with rich, hazelnut cream flavoring.
